Your brain consists of 100 billion neurons. It has more connections than there are stars in the universe. It takes up 2% of your body's weight, yet it uses 20-30% of the calories you spend daily. It also uses 20% of your body's oxygen and blood flow.

A lot of things in our modern society and western lifestyle hurt the brain. Thankfully you can do a lot of things that help the brain too.

The main idea of brain health coaching is for you to fall so deeply in love with your brain, that you are willing to implement the necessary changes in your life required to help it.

Modern society and the western lifestyle has created a somewhat toxic environment for our brains, but there are many things we can do to help our brains on a daily basis. I'm here to help you discover what these things are and help you find a way to implement the changes in your unique lifestyle.

Genetic risks are not death sentences - they are wakeup calls. Prevention goes a long way.

BRAIN HEALTH COACHING

Every day you have a choice in how fast your brain is aging. Together we will work on eliminating the things in your life that hurt your brain and implementing good habits and lifestyle changes instead.

You want to keep boosting your brain reserve in order for your brain to be as resilient as possible. The more resilient your brain is, the easier it will be for you to deal with whatever stress comes your way.

THE SESSION

The coaching process involves two people (you and me) discussing challenges and ideas. You, as the client, are in the driver's seat, creating goals and strategies on how to move forward with my guidance, input and undivided attention.

Each session lasts 60 minutes.
