RETURNS POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (E-BOOKS & MEDITATIONS):

All purchases of e-books and meditations are final and non-refundable.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for digital products unless required by law (for example, in case of a faulty product or if required under specific consumer protection legislation).

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: 

Physical products can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Proof of tracked return shipment (track & trace receipt) must be provided.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise requested.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

To initiate a return for physical products, please contact our customer service with your order number and details of your return.

You will receive instructions and the return address. The item must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

Retain your track & trace receipt as proof of return until your refund is processed.

EXCEPTIONS:

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
