Overnight chia oats

Ingredients

  • 160ml Plain yoghurt of choice

  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 4 Tbsp Jumbo Oats

  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseeds

  • 2 Walnut Halves, in small pieces

  • 2 Pecan Halves, in small pieces

  • 40g Frozen or Fresh Raspberries

  • 1 Tsp Ground Ceylon Cinnamon

  • 0,25 Tsp Vanilla Powder (Optional)

  • 200ml Filtered Water


Optional: Toppings of your choice (E.g. Berries, Nuts, Cacao nibs, Pomegranates etc.)



Preparation

Step 1

Pop all the ingredients in a storage container and mix well. It's supposed to be rather runny - this will set over night as the seeds and oats soak up the water.


Step 2

Place a lid on the storage container and leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.


Step 3

Enjoy for breakfast with or without toppings of your choice.
