Creamy Dairy-Free Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chickpeas, Cooked

  • 4 tbsp Almond Butter, Heaped

  • 1,5 - 2 cups Water

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder

  • 1/2-3/4 cup Dates, Pitted

  • Ice Cream Moulds

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and wizz for about 2 minutes. Make sure the mix is nice and smoothe - this might require a little more water (add as you go).


Step 2

Fill your ice cream moulds and pop them in your freezer over night.
