If you were a serious athlete, you would hire a coach to help you excel at your given sport. A Health Coach works in similar ways - helping you excel at living your best, healthy, happy life.

*The word 'health' is more often that not preconceived as being all about nutrition and/or exercise. While these areas are indeed a very important part of health, they are far from the only areas to assess. E.g. your emotional health, mental health, environment and relationships all form big pieces in this puzzle we call life.

Many factors contribute to your health. Your emotions, lifestyle, relationships, environment, sleep, career, diet, movement, spiritual beliefs and finances, to name but a few. Essentially, you could be on an incredibly healthy diet and exercise regularly, but still feel awful because another area of your life is out of balance, and vice versa.

Most people search for all the answers outside themselves. Health coaching is an extraordinary opportunity to search for the answers within. ​

Coaching is about identifying areas for improvement and moving forward with empowerment. I am here to fascilitate self-discovery, to hold space for you while you self-explore, to listen and help you work out which areas of your life need attention and then support you in motivation, your ability to self-manage and stay committed to the changes you are implementing.

I will keep you accountable, help you investigate your fulfilment levels and generally give you the opportunity to improve your overall quality of life - your way.

WHAT CAN HEALTH COACHING DO FOR YOU?

Coaching brings barriers to light and will help you see the patterns and blind spots you might not see on your own. It can significantly help you build confidence and motivation, helping you see your potential and create a resilient mindset. Health coaching can help you understand your health, can motivate you to move forward in your unique way and implement changes necessary in areas such as purpose, relationships (including the one you have with yourself), weight loss, diet improvement, and general lifestyle.

THE SESSION

The health coaching process involves two people (you and me) discussing challenges and ideas. You, as the client, are in the driver's seat, creating goals and strategies on how to move forward with my guidance, input and undivided attention.

Each online session lasts 60 minutes.
